Throughout his career, Rafael Hamidi Cuadros has held various positions within professional clubs and national teams. Each experience has strengthened his expertise in tactical analysis, technical organization, and performance development.
As part of DR Congo’s technical staff alongside Sébastien Desabre, he contributes to tactical match preparation, opponent analysis, and team management during international competitions. This role reflects his commitment to high-level African football.
In China, he joined a high-level environment where he worked with several international coaches, including Portuguese coach Paulo Bento, Dutch coach Jordi Cruijff, and French coach Philippe Troussier. His work focused on tactical analysis, match preparation, and overseeing the club’s technical organization.
In the United Arab Emirates, Rafael Hamidi Cuadros served as Head Coach, with responsibility for tactical preparation, squad management, and leading training sessions in a new football environment.
At JS Saoura, he contributed to the club’s technical organization as well as the management of the reserve team. His role focused on structuring the work, supporting players, and developing the sporting project.
As Head Coach, he supervised the team’s sporting organization, match preparation, and squad management. This role further demonstrated his ability to lead a sporting project on a daily basis.
At Wydad Casablanca, he contributed to the club’s technical structure and supported the first team in its tactical preparation. His work also extended to the development of youth teams, with several national titles won.
Rafael Hamidi Cuadros began his career at Amiens SC, where he worked on player development, mentoring young players, and preparing the reserve team. This experience enabled him to develop a rigorous working methodology and strong expertise in individual and collective progression.
